Come Be Nourished by...
- Real food
- Real (safe) guided low-impact movement
- Real presence of Christ
- Real wisdom from Scripture & the CCC
- Real community
You will be nourished and strengthened through quality, freshly prepared, nutrient-dense food and drink created and prepared by our own culinary and nutrition expert. We will explore the specific health benefits of the food provided and you will receive the recipes for each item that is served. See the schedule for eating times and be sure to fill out your dietary and/or allergy restrictions.
Real (safe) guided low-impact movement...
Nourish your body through guided (low impact) movement routines that will wake up your sedentary parts, get you moving in a more natural way, teach you how to use movement to reduce stress, and explore how to bring movement into your prayer life so you can grow more faithful while becoming more fit for a life of service.
All fitness levels will benefit!
This is not yoga.
Real presence of Christ...
Prayer, Adoration, Confession, Mass. It doesn't get much mor real than that!
Real wisdom from Scripture, the Saints & the CCC...
What does Scripture and the Catechism of the Catholic Church say about our bodies, our health, and living well?
Can we turn to the saints to be our "health coaches?" You will discover the power that Scripture and tradition have to transform your wellness and be your spiritual food that can transform you. This retreat the and reflect on these nourishing words and examples of truth, beauty, and goodness.
We cannot grow in faith or wellness in isolation. We need a real community of believers who want to orient their bodies and souls toward Heaven together. We need to encourage each other in person and walk the path shoulder to shoulder.
