Conditioning the Feet

You will need a couple of different sized balls. Options can vary from tennis balls, fetching balls, lacrosse, racquet balls, bouncy balls, etc. It doesn't really matter, as long as you have some different options of size. How sensitive the bottoms of your feet are may determine the type of ball you should use.
