Monday
  • This week I encourage you to mix up your walking environment. If you have been sticking around your neighborhood the last week, try out some different terrain this week. Is there a place you always drive past with a new path you can discover? Or hike a trail, or walk in a new neighborhood you haven't been to before!

  • (35 min) Self-paced Walk, revisit any of the week’s audio reflections
