A Transformational Walk with Christ


 

Week 5

  • This week, I challenge you to incorporate some balance work into your walking. This can be walking across the curbs of your sidewalk, hoping up onto retaining walls and walking across, walking in nature across fallen logs, etc. Get creative, have fun, and be careful if you haven't worked on your balance in a long time!


Monday

  • (10 min) Self-paced Walk with Audio Reflection 17

  • (30 min) HIIT Walk

  • (5 min) Easy Walk

Wednesday – Optional Rest Day; Fast Day or self-paced prayerful walk

Thursday

  • (30 min) HIIT Walk

  • (5 min) Easy Walk

TOTAL TIME: 64 Minutes

Friday –Optional Rest Day; Fast Day or self-paced prayerful walk

Saturday

TOTAL TIME: 49 Minutes

Sunday
  • (45 min) Self-paced walk; revisit any of the week’s audio reflections
