Week 5
This week, I challenge you to incorporate some balance work into your walking. This can be walking across the curbs of your sidewalk, hoping up onto retaining walls and walking across, walking in nature across fallen logs, etc. Get creative, have fun, and be careful if you haven't worked on your balance in a long time!
