A Transformational Walk with Christ


 
Monday
  • This week I encourage you to walk has many hills as you can. Really challenge yourself to some more challenging terrain, especially uphill terrain. This will stretch out your calves, extend your hips, build strength in your legs, and get your heart rate up!

  • (10 min) Self-paced Walk with Audio Reflection 13

  • (30 min) HIIT Walk

  • (5 min) Easy Walk

TOTAL TIME: 60 Minutes

Tuesday

TOTAL TIME: 65 Minutes

Wednesday – Optional Rest Day; Fast Day or self-paced prayerful walk


Thursday
  • (15 min) RES Video #4; see below

  • (10 min) Self-paced Walk with Audio Reflection 15

  • (30 min) HIIT walk

  • (5 min) Easy Walk

TOTAL TIME: 60 Minutes

Friday –Optional Rest Day; Fast Day or self-paced prayerful walk


Saturday


TOTAL TIME: 60 Minutes

Sunday
  • (45 min) Self-paced walk; revisit any of the week’s audio reflections

TOTAL TIME: 45 Minutes
