  • Journal at the start of this week, how you feel physically, mentally, emotionally. Write out a vision for what a “Resurrected-You” would look like on Easter.

  • (10 min) HIIT Walk:

  • TOTAL TIME: 35 minutes


  • Optional REST DAY, FAST DAY, or self paced prayerful walk reflecting on days prior

  • Optional REST, FAST DAY, or self-paced prayerful walk reflecting on days prior

  • (15 min) RES Video #2

  • (30 min) Self-Paced Walk with Audio Reflection 4

  • TOTAL TIME: 45 minutes

  • (30 min) Easy Walk, revisit any of the week’s audio reflections
